The Henry Cheney Farm at the corner of Woodhill and Woodhill Hooksett Road was owned by the Cheney Family between 1925 and 1988. Helen and Henry Cheney raised free range Rhode Island Red and Black chickens here between 1930 and 1988. Cheney's chickens were sold to markets in Boston via the railroad. An old blacksmith shop once sat on the site downhill from the farm. Its' foundation can stil be seen next to the side of the road.
